Andrea loved to sing from an early age and joined the school choir until she was 16.  An experienced actress performing over the last 30 years at the age of 22 auditioned for her first Pantomime singing and dancing in the Chorus line.  She went on to perform in many plays, musicals and one Acts including leading roles in  'Run for your Wife', 'Blythe Spirit' and most recently Noel Cowards 'Private Lives' with a touring Theatre Company.  Andrea formed a singing group with three other drama club friends and performed cover songs during intervals and club nights and also enjoyed entering singing competitions and on occasions performed with her brother abroad who is a singer and guitarist.   Andrea found a passion for Modern Jive dancing 3 years ago and around the same time was delighted to be asked to join Richard and Keith to form 'Jazz off the wall sharing our love of music with a twist of Jazz and Latin.

Keith has been playing guitars since he was 10 years old, jamming with big brother Alan’s rock bands. He left school at 16 to turn professional with the respected band “Moonlight” with whom he toured Germany, the North East working man’s clubs and all over the UK. For a few years he sold guitars in a major London musical instrument shop. Keith loves guitars and is building an impressive collection.
In later life he has turned to jazz, becoming chairman of the Southampton Jazz Guitar Society for some years. He played rhythm guitar in the Django Reinhardt inspired “Swing 39” combo and is now happy to be the guitarist with Jazz off the wall. He’s also been known to entertain as a solo singer / guitarist, showing his love of James Taylor, The Eagles, etc. Keith also plays in the New Forest Jazz Workshop Big Band and still occasionally jams with his big brother‘s rock band!

Richard has attended many Jazz workshops in Bracknell, London, France and even Cuba! Richard's passion is for good Jazz and Latin inspired music that is fun and entertaining to get you into the mood for your special occasion.
Richard has been playing Soprano, Alto and Tenor Saxophone since 1992 and also plays windsynth. He has worked with a variety of professional and amateur musicians and has had the benefit of working with experienced tutors from Essex, London and Winchester. He has organised Jazz workshops provided tuition and as well as performing enjoys recording and arranging.
After playing with several bands in 2019 Richard brought together local musicians  Andrea and Keith to form this exciting new trio, Jazz off the wall.
